A dynamic start
We started the year with a lot of vigour in January: We moved into our office in Altgasse in Baar and welcomed our first colleague, Kristina. Swiss Physio Partner Switzerland Network Physiotherapy Movement Therapy Review 2025 stands for our most important focal points and goals. At the same time, we strengthened our digital presence and officially launched our website. To make us fit for the technological future together, we took part in an in-depth AI workshop as a team. This laid the foundations for our internal infrastructure.
Another milestone followed in February: we welcomed our first partner to the network, Mirco Bianchi and his team from «Il Centro» in Ticino.

Networking and new partners in spring
The second quarter was all about networking for us. Whether at the Sensopro event, at FIBO or getting to know the team with our marketing strategist Marie, we felt the power of encounters everywhere.
Our team continued to grow with Michael Ernst. And we also received reinforcements from our partners. We welcomed Jeroen van Neijenhof from Physiofit, Pieter Keulen from MTC Pieter Keulen and, shortly before Christmas, Robin Koch to the network.
We have also laid important foundations internally during this time. We have sharpened our processes, launched management development programmes and further developed our communication strategy.

Summer break? Not at all!
From July onwards, we took a lot of time to visualise our story. Photo shoots in Baar and at a friend's practice produced images that perfectly reflect our attitude. We show ourselves as personal, approachable and genuine.
Our first summer party with a boat on Lake Zurich showed us once again that SPP is more than just numbers. We are people with a common mission. This spirit also characterised our first leadership event in Ticino. Together with Peter Hofmann, Kristina and our local partners, we explored topics such as conflict management, sources of authority and closeness and distance as leaders. This open dialogue at eye level is the key to mastering challenges together.

A festive finale in the fourth quarter
We used the autumn intensively to keep our finger on the pulse of the industry. We listened carefully at the Physioswiss Congress in Basel. We are aware of issues such as the shortage of skilled labour and administrative burdens and are addressing them with strong structures. It was also a great honour for us to support the public award for innovative practice projects.
In November, we were joined by Nicole Haas as our new Head of Integration. She ensures that new partners are warmly welcomed. Our trip to EGYM in Munich was also inspiring. There we experienced how modern infrastructure can support you in everyday life without losing the human focus.

Looking back with gratitude and looking ahead with motivation
The year 2025 has strengthened our foundations and confirmed what Swiss Physio Partner stands for: personal partnership, a willingness to learn and entrepreneurial action with responsibility.
We look back on every encounter with gratitude. We are now looking forward to everything that is to come. We look forward to new network expansions, honest conversations and to continuing to develop movement therapy in Switzerland together with you in 2026.

Let's talk about your future
