With an open ear and a clear vision, you will act as a sparring partner in Ticino, supporting our center managers in all HR-related matters and forming a linguistic bridge to the Swiss Physio Partner network. In addition, you are not only a confidant for our local staff, but also inspire and attract new therapeutic talents to our growing network.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, human resources or a comparable field
• Your several years of professional experience in human resources covers the entire spectrum from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on recruiting
• Structured conversation techniques, questioning techniques and working with HR software are part of your everyday work
• Broad insights with basic knowledge of e.g. law and contracts refine your profile
• With your sociability, optimism and empathy, you actively shape the corporate culture of all centers
• Accuracy is important to you because you want to actively contribute to the overall success
• Italian is your native language, and you also speak very good English or German; other languages are an advantage
