Qu'est-ce qu'il va en \u00eatre ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiconque dirige un cabinet de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie le sait : le nom ne se limite pas \u00e0 celui inscrit sur la porte. Il r\u00e9side dans la confiance des patients, dans la relation avec les m\u00e9decins prescripteurs, dans l'identit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9quipe.\u00a0Ce sont des ann\u00e9es de travail qui ont fait de ce nom ce qu\u2019il est aujourd\u2019hui.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et puis se pose la question de la succession. Et beaucoup de propri\u00e9taires se disent : \u00ab Si je c\u00e8de mon entreprise, je vais tout perdre. \u00bb Ce n'est pas tout \u00e0 fait vrai. Mais tout d\u00e9pend de la mani\u00e8re dont tu organises ta succession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-was-nbsp-bei-nbsp-einer-nbsp-partnerschaft-nbsp-mit-nbsp-spp-nbsp-wirklich-nbsp-passiert-nbsp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement dans le cadre d'un partenariat avec SPP&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a deux raisons pour lesquelles les propri\u00e9taires de cabinets qui souhaitent conserver leur nom font appel \u00e0 nous.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Premi\u00e8rement : ils ne veulent pas partir. Ils veulent \u00eatre d\u00e9charg\u00e9s. Les t\u00e2ches administratives, le recrutement, la comptabilit\u00e9. Tout cela doit diminuer. Mais le travail avec les patients, l'identit\u00e9 du cabinet, les collaborateurs : tout cela doit rester.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deuxi\u00e8mement : vous pensez \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe. Le fait que le cabinet continue d'exister sous son propre nom rassure l'\u00e9quipe. Pas de restructuration sous une marque \u00e9trang\u00e8re. Pas d'inqui\u00e9tude pour les patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que les cabinets partenaires, dans le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/swissphysiopartner.ch\/fr\/partnerschaft\/\">R\u00e9seau SPP<\/a>\u00a0leur nom, leur lieu d'activit\u00e9 et leur orientation th\u00e9rapeutique. Ce qui change : la charge administrative diminue, tu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficies du soutien d\u2019un r\u00e9seau et c\u2019est toi qui d\u00e9cides \u00e0 quel moment tu te retires de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-deine-lokale-verwurzelung-ist-ein-wertvolles-geschaftsmodell\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ton ancrage local constitue un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique pr\u00e9cieux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les patients qui fr\u00e9quentent ton cabinet depuis des ann\u00e9es viennent pour toi, pour ton \u00e9quipe, pour ce lieu familier. C'est \u00e7a, ta marque. Ce n\u2019est ni un logo, ni un slogan, mais une identit\u00e9 locale qui s\u2019est construite au fil des ann\u00e9es. Si cela change, les patients s\u2019en iront eux aussi. Ce n\u2019est pas une th\u00e9orie, c\u2019est une observation tir\u00e9e de la pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un r\u00e9seau qui pr\u00e9serve l'identit\u00e9 locale est plus solide sur le plan \u00e9conomique qu'un r\u00e9seau qui uniformise tout. Les patients restent, car le nom qui leur est familier demeure. L'\u00e9quipe reste, car elle y trouve une certaine s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-wie-nbsp-ein-nbsp-ubergang-nbsp-konkret-nbsp-aussieht-nbsp\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 quoi ressemble concr\u00e8tement une transition ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n'y a pas deux partenariats identiques chez SPP. Certains propri\u00e9taires se retirent compl\u00e8tement, d'autres restent actifs dans le domaine th\u00e9rapeutique. Certains souhaitent une transition rapide, d'autres ont besoin d'une p\u00e9riode de transition de deux ans. C'est vous qui d\u00e9cidez du rythme auquel vous vous retirez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui restera toujours, c'est le nom, la continuit\u00e9 et l'estime pour ce que tu as b\u00e2ti.
