Ce n'est pas de la malchance. C'est le quotidien des propri\u00e9taires de cabinet de physioth\u00e9rapie en Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon l'Observatoire suisse de la sant\u00e9, la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en physioth\u00e9rapie fait partie des d\u00e9fis structurels du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 - et cela ne va pas s'arranger dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Dans cet article, nous allons voir ce qui se cache derri\u00e8re ce probl\u00e8me et ce que tu peux faire concr\u00e8tement en tant que propri\u00e9taire de cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en physioth\u00e9rapie est-elle structurelle ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le probl\u00e8me commence d\u00e8s la formation. Comme un Contribution de la SRF<\/a> montre qu'entre 500 et 600 physioth\u00e9rapeutes sont form\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e, alors que les besoins r\u00e9els se situent entre 800 et 1000, selon Physioswiss. Une \u00c9tude de l'ASFS (2025) <\/a>confirme l'existence de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne : La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 touche particuli\u00e8rement la physioth\u00e9rapie. Des tarifs trop bas, une charge administrative \u00e9lev\u00e9e et des difficult\u00e9s de recrutement caract\u00e9risent le quotidien de la profession et r\u00e9duisent son attractivit\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat : celui qui met un poste au concours doit selon Physioswiss<\/a> patienter en moyenne trois mois avant de l'occuper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le vrai probl\u00e8me : le march\u00e9 s'est retourn\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il y a dix ans encore, les th\u00e9rapeutes cherchaient des emplois. Aujourd'hui, les postes recherchent des th\u00e9rapeutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd'hui, les meilleurs talents ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 un emploi, mais sont ouverts \u00e0 de nouvelles offres d'emploi. Ils recherchent des employeurs qui offrent non seulement un salaire, mais aussi un environnement de travail inspirant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C'est un changement fondamental auquel de nombreux cabinets n'ont pas encore r\u00e9agi. Placer une annonce sur un portail d'emploi ne suffit plus. La question n'est pas : \u00abQui postule chez nous ?\u00bb Mais plut\u00f4t : \u00abPourquoi quelqu'un devrait-il postuler chez nous\u00bb ?\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environ 90 pour cent de tous les th\u00e9rapeutes employ\u00e9s sont \u00e0 la recherche d'un emploi de mani\u00e8re passive ou latente. La majeure partie de ce vivier de talents n'est jamais atteinte par les appels d'offres classiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce que veulent vraiment les th\u00e9rapeutes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le salaire est important. Mais ce n'est pas le seul. Des horaires de travail flexibles, une \u00e9quipe motiv\u00e9e, le rythme des traitements et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue sont pour de nombreux th\u00e9rapeutes tout aussi d\u00e9cisifs que le salaire, une fois que les besoins financiers de base sont couverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce que cela signifie pour toi : tu ne dois pas payer les salaires les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour trouver de bonnes personnes. Tu dois montrer qui tu es en tant qu'employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quatre approches qui fonctionnent dans la pratique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Concevoir activement la marque employeur : <\/strong>Que raconte ton \u00e9quipe sur ton cabinet si personne ne l'\u00e9coute ? C'est ta marque employeur. Montre-la \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur - de mani\u00e8re authentique, pas polie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Simplifier le processus de candidature : <\/strong>Un long formulaire est dissuasif. Une entr\u00e9e courte et adapt\u00e9e aux mobiles abaisse nettement l'obstacle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. La flexibilit\u00e9 comme v\u00e9ritable offre :<\/strong> Temps partiel, horaires adapt\u00e9s, cadence claire. Aujourd'hui, ce ne sont plus des \"nice-to-haves\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Le r\u00e9seau comme canal de recrutement : <\/strong>Les recommandations de sa propre \u00e9quipe ou de son r\u00e9seau restent le canal le plus puissant. Un cabinet qui fait partie d'un r\u00e9seau plus important a ici un avantage naturel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Combattant solitaire ou r\u00e9seau : la diff\u00e9rence structurelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    En tant que cabinet individuel, tu ne peux compter que sur toi-m\u00eame pour recruter. Ta port\u00e9e est limit\u00e9e, tout comme ton budget pour les annonces d'emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
