Un d\u00e9marrage dynamique<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

En janvier, nous avons commenc\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e avec beaucoup d'\u00e9lan : Nous avons emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans nos bureaux de la Altgasse \u00e0 Baar et avons accueilli notre premi\u00e8re coll\u00e8gue, Kristina. Swiss Physio Partner Schweiz R\u00e9seau de physioth\u00e9rapie Th\u00e9rapie par le mouvement R\u00e9trospective 2025 repr\u00e9sente nos principales priorit\u00e9s et objectifs. Parall\u00e8lement, nous avons renforc\u00e9 notre pr\u00e9sence num\u00e9rique et mis officiellement en ligne notre site Internet. Afin de nous pr\u00e9parer ensemble \u00e0 l'avenir technologique, nous avons particip\u00e9 en tant qu'\u00e9quipe \u00e0 un atelier d'intelligence artificielle approfondi. Nous avons ainsi pos\u00e9 les bases de notre infrastructure interne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une nouvelle \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie en f\u00e9vrier : nous avons accueilli notre premier partenaire dans le r\u00e9seau, Mirco Bianchi et son \u00e9quipe de \u00abIl Centro\u00bb, au Tessin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mise en r\u00e9seau et nouveaux partenaires au printemps<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 chez nous sous le signe du r\u00e9seautage. Que ce soit lors de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement de Sensopro, \u00e0 la FIBO ou lors de la rencontre de l'\u00e9quipe avec Marie, notre strat\u00e8ge en marketing, nous avons partout ressenti la force de la rencontre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec Michael Ernst, notre \u00e9quipe s'est encore agrandie. Nous avons \u00e9galement re\u00e7u du renfort du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nos partenaires. Nous avons accueilli dans notre r\u00e9seau Jeroen van Neijenhof de Physiofit, Pieter Keulen de MTC Pieter Keulen et, juste avant No\u00ebl, Robin Koch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En interne, nous avons pos\u00e9 des bases importantes durant cette p\u00e9riode. Nous avons aff\u00fbt\u00e9 nos processus, lanc\u00e9 des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement des cadres et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 notre strat\u00e9gie de communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pause estivale ? Mon cul !<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 partir de juillet, nous avons pris le temps de rendre notre histoire visible. Des s\u00e9ances photos \u00e0 Baar et dans un cabinet ami ont donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des images qui refl\u00e8tent parfaitement notre attitude. Nous nous montrons de mani\u00e8re personnelle, proche et authentique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre premi\u00e8re f\u00eate d'\u00e9t\u00e9 avec bateau sur le lac de Zurich nous a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 une fois de plus que la PSP est plus que des chiffres. Nous sommes des personnes avec une mission commune. Cet esprit a \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 notre premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement de leadership au Tessin. Avec Peter Hofmann, Kristina et nos partenaires locaux, nous avons abord\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes tels que la gestion des conflits, les sources de l'autorit\u00e9 ainsi que la proximit\u00e9 et la distance en tant que leader. Ce dialogue ouvert, d'\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal, est la cl\u00e9 pour relever les d\u00e9fis ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fin festive au quatri\u00e8me trimestre<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons profit\u00e9 intensivement de l'automne pour prendre le pouls de la branche. Lors du congr\u00e8s Physioswiss \u00e0 B\u00e2le, nous avons \u00e9cout\u00e9 attentivement. Nous connaissons les th\u00e8mes tels que le manque de personnel qualifi\u00e9 ou la charge administrative et c'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que nous intervenons avec des structures fortes. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s honor\u00e9s de soutenir le prix du public pour les projets pratiques innovants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En novembre, nous avons re\u00e7u le renfort de Nicole Haas en tant que nouvelle responsable de l'int\u00e9gration. Elle veille \u00e0 ce que les nouveaux partenaires soient accueillis chaleureusement chez nous. Notre excursion chez EGYM \u00e0 Munich a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 une source d'inspiration. Nous y avons vu comment une infrastructure moderne peut vous aider au quotidien sans perdre de vue l'aspect humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'ann\u00e9e 2025 a consolid\u00e9 nos bases et confirm\u00e9 ce que repr\u00e9sente Swiss Physio Partner : un partenariat personnel, un \u00e9change studieux et une action entrepreneuriale responsable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous regardons chaque rencontre avec reconnaissance. Nous attendons maintenant avec impatience tout ce qui va arriver. Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de l'\u00e9largissement du r\u00e9seau, des discussions sinc\u00e8res et de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la th\u00e9rapie par le mouvement en Suisse avec vous en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
