Now it\u2019s time for a succession. Not a fresh start, but a handover that will stand the test of time.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-eine-nachfolge-die-auf-vertrauen-baut\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A succession built on trust<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was clear to Barbara Wirth from the outset what really mattered. \u00abFrom the very beginning, there was a very respectful approach, treating each other as equals,\u00bb she says, describing her impressions. SPP understood how important her team was to her, because ensuring a smooth transition was her top priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-was-physiotherapie-seen-ag-besonders-macht\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What makes Physiotherapie Seen AG special<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three things characterise the practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The treatment.<\/strong> Tailored to the individual needs of each patient, with a very diverse patient population of all ages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The team. <\/strong>Students, trainee physiotherapists and experienced colleagues work side by side and learn from one another through regular interaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Its proximity to the ZHAW. <\/strong>By training students, the practice remains closely aligned with the latest findings and developments in professional policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Physiotherapie Seen AG, team spirit and cohesion are not just empty words. Fixed office hours, in-house training, a quality circle and regular team events ensure that these values remain a tangible part of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-der-moment-der-den-ausschlag-gab\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The moment that made all the difference<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right from their very first conversation, Barbara Wirth realised just how seriously the SPP founders were taking the Swiss healthcare system and how they had a clear vision of how outpatient physiotherapy could survive in the long term; she also appreciated their 29 years of self-employment, which she describes as \u2018indescribably wonderful\u2019. It felt like a partnership right from the start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-was-jetzt-kommt\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s coming up next<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara Wirth will remain active within the company.
